Shipping Policy

Shipping Time Every item in our shop is made or prepared to order. Once your order is placed, here's what to expect before it arrives:

• Apparel (shirts, hoodies, hats): approximately 5–12 business days from order to delivery.
• Jewelry & Notebooks: approximately 6–13 business days from order to delivery.

Shipping times may run slightly longer during high-volume periods (holidays, new drops, and promotions). We'll always do our best to get your order moving as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If your items ship separately (which can happen when an order includes both apparel and jewelry/notebooks), you may receive more than one tracking number.

Shipping Delays Delivery estimates are our best projection, not a guarantee. Occasionally, weather, carrier delays, or high order volume can push delivery outside the windows above. We'll keep you updated if we're notified of a significant delay.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we'll reach out to confirm the correct address before reshipping. A reshipping fee may apply in these cases.
