By accessing or placing an order through calvarydesignstudio.store ("the Site," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make a purchase.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but we don't guarantee that colors, sizing, or details will appear exactly as shown due to differences in screens and devices. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel any order at our discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase the item(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Estimated delivery times, along with more detail on how orders are fulfilled, are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Return Policy and Refund Policy, which vary by product category. Please review those policies before requesting a return.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to logos, graphics, product designs, text, and images — is the property of Calvary Design Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
